If Bush wanted to reassure Iraqi voters it would have been much better to
address them directly than to do it via a faked Q&A session with US
soldiers.

How can we expect W to provide canned answers if the questions aren't
canned?  His people learned long ago not to leave him to his own invariably
malfunctioning rhetorical devices.
