I looked a little but could not decide if it was or not. The site is owned,
iirc by Insight Communications a Delaware company. I found various er
suggestions that it was him and that it wasn't him . One of the
news stores said the site was put up by someone who 'said' he was Dewitt 
but had not determined who it really was.  I expected to see a story
confirming or denying it was him but found neither. I then gave up looking
