Right-click on My Computer (on the Desktop or in the Start Menu), choose
Properties from the context menu, go to the Advanced tab... you should see
a button for Startup options. From there, you can edit the boot menu.

Alternatively- the XP (and Windows NT and 2000) boot menus are controlled
by the contents of a text-based system file: C:\boot.ini; you can edit it
in Notepad, though you may have to turn off a read-only attribute first.
(It may also be hidden).
