I actually think all the make believe stories have a more sinister goal. I
think they are designed to try and create an atmosphere of pressure on
Fitzgerald to indict someone even if he doesn't necessarily think they
should be indicted or at a minimum issue some report that he isn't really
allowed to issue so they (the MSM) can try and make anti-Bush hay and
conspiracy theories out of some single sentence buried in the report
somewhere.
