Hmmmm...the biggest reason I think the county takes care of at least
some of our state parks is several years ago the county kept having problems
at one of our local state parks and there was a really large crowd on hand,
anyway the county officers had responded to the original call for backup from
the county park rangers and then an all out "Officer Needs Help" was
dispatched
to Chattanooga and remaining Hamilton County units (looked like xmas in July
on that stretch of road :) ), oh, there were THP cars that also responded...
You've gotten me really curious, I'll have to check this out further...

I've not been up around Radnor yard in a long time....good scanner
listening and train-watching too...that's another thing to do, take pictures
of CSX before they become another fallen flag in the latest merger craze, but
