The moderator of the WIN95 echo, Alan Zisman, was having similar
problems with the Win32 version, a while back. A little later, he
posted a fix (which I ignored (sorry!), because I don't use that
version). Not that long ago, he posted a request in that echo, asking
if anyone had saved the info. about the fix (he had re-installed, and
no longer had the info.). I can't recall reading any replies to him that
contained the fix, but I did miss about a week's worth of messages,
around that time. It may be worthwhile asking Alan if he ever did
rediscover the solution. Also, although I didn't find anything directly
related to this problem in the v0.46 HISTORY file, I can't help
wondering if it's been fixed (perhaps inadvertently) in a later version.
You might want to try emailing William, or addressing a message to him
here, asking his advice (I do believe he's aware of the problem).

   Ken
