Dear Sharon,
  I too am sorry to hear that your letter's where refused,  I would also 
recomend tring to send one more letter.  Here is another idea,  have a friend 
drop the letter off in person  ( however caution the deliverer to be as 
unemotional as possible,  instruct them to say something like theu are 
delivering it for a friend ect.. do not give the real reason for the 
letter).. 
  In the letter state that your last 2 attempts to contect him have gone 
unanswered and that you understand the misgiuvings he may be having and that 
you are willing to wait until he is able to come to an understanding about 
thoes feelings..  Then prepare yourself for that wait.
