Yes, but it doesn't worry me. I make all of my calls personally

nowadays and I'm very easygoing chap.

Well, if they don't I'll try if USR Sportster fix will work (by

either programming new ROM or buying EEPROM and trying to flash new

firmware - Lewin Edwards says the modem has flashROM support

circuitry on board). If it doesn't work I'll buy a Courier which I

don't really need - I just want v42bis but don't need v.terbo or HST

or security.

I had rather mixed feelings: fun but also sadness.
