Was reading the Post about this.  What really gets me is that Marty
Bahamonde, the only FEM staffer in NO during the hurricane, is a public
affairs official.   Not to denigrate this fine profession (and he seems
to have done a fine job under trying circumstances), but if I was in the
way of a major diasaster,  I would prefer to have FEMA send someone with a
bit more practical experience.
