C'mon, Gary, you're a better debater than that. You can't say on one hand
that the weapon's inspectors said there were WMD and then say that they
were "dissatisfied" with Saddam's report. Two different things
entirely.

And the weapon's inspectors wanted more time -- time the Bush
administration refused to give.
