Have you tried calling Intuit/Quicken technical support? They helped
me find what my problem was fairly quickly.
What are the symptoms when you try to D/L the update?
If by chance your getting a disk write error (with some error
number), check to see that your TEMP environment variable is
pointing to a disk drive that has 10meg free space or more.
That was the problem I was having, my TEMP variable was pointing
to a ramdisk that was only 3meg and the process needed more space
than that.
