Seems that neither the 0123 nor the 0429 SDLs can be hacked to function in
Austel Couriers (unlike the previous 1101 revision).  I altered the country
code identifier in the 1023 SDL, and gave it to Dave Drummond to try in his
Courier, and whilst it did actually accept the code, nothing worked at all.
  No matter what was entered, the response was simply "OK" each
time.  Pity.
