He's simply mimicking the "conventional wisdom" of all the
left-wingers: Bush is a chimp (that is when he's not the smartest guy
around for whatever suits the story du jour). That's what I meant by
conspiracy theories in the previous post, but you're right he doesn't need
anyone else to conspire with, he's a walking, talking, theorist all by
himself
