I work for the U.S. Government, and unfortunately, I'm in the same boat
with you on standardizing with MSOffice. :(

One place you can start, which you probably already know, is
the WPCONV.DOC file in the MSOFFICE/WINWORD directory. The Help for
WordPerfect Users file is also rather explicit on what can and can't be
converted to Word (essentially also a list of what Word has no
associated commands for). These are just SOME of the areas where
MicoSloth *admits* there are differences not accounted for. ;)
