I just want to take a minute to commend Diamond/Supra for great customer 
service!
I called a couple weeks ago for info on the sysop upgrade deal to the 
33.6 data pump. I made the arrangements and was told I'd be put in the 
queue for when they started shipping.  I got mine last week.
Supra shipped me an external modem instead of the internal I currently 
have. I called back, and was told the internals won't ship for a couple 
weeks yet, but I could either keep the external or ship it back at their 
expense and wait for the new internal.
I opted to keep the external, and they shipped me the power supply and 
serial cable to complete the setup.
It's now set up and running at the speed of light. Now all I need is to 
convince my ISP to complete their upgrades (they have Supras, but were 
turned off by the problems in the -09 beta).
