The parent's relationship has nothing to do with the non-custodial parent
paying or not paying child support. Yes, I know quite a few women who pay child
support and even alimony to the men.

Now, that isn't right. Then again, I remember a incident where a guy paid 4
friends to go to court to say they were sleeping with his girlfriend at the
same time she conceived. They didn't have paternity tests and DNA back then. He
got out of paying the child support. And NO, she wasn't sleeping with anyone
else.
