RC> I have encountered with really strange problem. After I
RC> connected to Internet, using Windows, I got message which
RC> says that I am connected, as regular. but, when I try to
RC> connect to URL, I get messages which claims that "URL not
RC> found", means I am not connected to Internet (for example, I
RC> tried to connect to www.yahoo.com). as result, I can't use
RC> Internet... (and not, I am not using "Work Offline").
RC> I have Internet Explorer 4 and opera 3.51. both of them say
RC> that I am not connected to Internet although I am.
 RC> Any suggestions?

Go to Properties in your dial-up connection, and change the DNS server,
go to DNS and put the primary and secondary DNS server of your ISP.
