Probably , but they aren't my favorite agency since they made it
official policy to no longer give to Boy Scouts as they had done for
decades, because Boy Scouts won't admit people who are openly homosexual
and won't let known homosexuals be scout masters.

I no longer give money to United Way as a result and recommend to anyone
who asks my opinion that they not do so either.
