I remembered you had mentioned the ucase/lcase thing and did
try "SNIPPETS" but no go. :-\ 

I've had problems with ucase/lcase myself and an FTP program
that was changing them on me without me noticing. For me, all
lcase works any other combination just causes me to make
mistakes. :-\
