Honestly, I give a rats ass about legal.
Like fan fic, it's taking someone else's game world (Trek, belongs to
Paramount) and playing with it.
No one on the STPMA list is trying to pretend that anyone in a picture did
anything they didn't do, so I am not seeing ethical fruad there. But
still no one asks first. So getting pissy about the format of the pictures
(Wide screens or faux magazine or Gaming book photos) seems to be missing
the whole point to me.
