Your original point was that the UN wasn't in the Balkans and that US
troops were there outside a mandated presence. I've shown that they are
there now under a mandate. They're not acting as US troops, they're acting
as UN peacekeepers.

And I never supported troops in Iraq, so the "exit strategy"
point is solely based upon our troops in that country.
