I used to use Word Perfect 5.1 but I have stopped using it since 4.0 of
TSE Jr (formerly Q Edit) came out. Qedit is much more easier to work
with. I used WP's built-in converter to make all my WP files ASCII
files and I then edited them with Qedit and that's all I use now.
JB> There is a way of doing this, without progam modifications to QEdit.
JB> It just takes a set of macro's. One macro for loading files, which

JB> "------" in the loaded file. A saving macro which changes all
JB> "------" back to the standard symbol. All you need now is a printing
JB> macro, but that just a modificated saving macro. This should do the
JB> trick. Since I don't need them myself, I'll leave the actual writing
JB> to someone else (you?), but the theory is sound.
I'm hoping someone in the Qedit conference has made this program and
that I could FREQ it off the person who did. Anyone?

Sincerely,
Zsolt Hengsperger
