subject: Upgraded 56k modem

Hello Hayes!
I just got my new 56k Accura on the trade in plan.
Thanks for the quick service.
However, I am having a big problem.
I am running OS/2 ver 4 with Ray Gwinn's SIO on a P90.
Here is what is happening.
The internet connects fine, and the downloads are fine.
The problem is connecting with anyone else.
I am using Binkleyterm (OS/2 version) as my mailer.
Here is a snippet from the log:

On one system I did get a good connect.

This is the one and only system that I connected with.
I am using the basic settings that came with the modem since I can't find
anything about regiater settings in the manuals that came with the modems.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
