nah let's scrap the GC as an yet another impediment to the CiC of the USA
in his grand quest to rid the world of politcal violence & nasty
behaviour...oh wait ain't that what the US is engaged in....so then it's
his quest to ensure that somehow people will allow only the US to engage in
political violence & nasty behaviour...
