Okay, let's try again. Let's say we apply the GC all the time with everyone
from any corner of the Earth. Let's say we follow the GC judiciously at all
times 24/7/365 and we release every POW with a million dollars in spending
money at any time that some weenie like Dick Durbin wills it so.

My point is this will not prevent one single instance of torture, nor one
single beheading by the terrorists against our own POWs -- they do not
recognize civilization, they recognize only that all infidels must submit
or die.
