Hi Russ
The extrusion is 5 inches in diameter, I went with extrusion as opposed to
plate so that the grain orientation would be correct. I believe that I can
get the extrusions as wide as 8 inches in diameter, which is what we will
use if the whole thing works out. The idea is low cost mirrors for club
loaner scopes and public viewing. We don't mind if we have to polish and
figure once or twice a year.
