There was a case in Indianapolis a few years ago when a female
cop tried to stop a male on a bicycle.  The reason for the stop
was that the cyclist was weaving, ie, cycling while under the
influence.  The suspect fled on foot, the cop chased, and when
she caught up with him they scuffled and she shot him.  All there
was to go by was the cop's word, because the suspect died.
