I generally don't fall into line with much of what Think Progress posts.
But in this case I agree with them (although not to the point of "sky
is falling").

For those who think that he is the second coming of Antonin Scalia, I must
wholeheartedly disagree. Although I disagree with many of his opinions, I
find that Justice Scalia is quite insightful. He has actually caused me to
rethink many issues which have come before the court.

After reading a few of Judge Alito's opinions, I find that he's not much
better at writing than Harriet Miers.
