I can't see that level of detail. Are you using a magnifying glass or
something? It occurred to me that even that could be a pixelating artifact
of whatever processing was done. However, my father, who has much
professional and non-professional experience with digital photography and
photoshop, agrees that it looks like it was deliberate, so I will no longer
play devil's advocate (no pun intended).
