It is what I know best.  Also being able to properly network, including the
internet, is what makes it really shine.  Beats me why anyone would use
anything else on a networked box.  VMS?  Maybe but it has been too long
that I doubt I'd remember how to do that.  Probably wouldn't take too long
to figure out though.  All I recall about VMS is that it was really
painful.
