None of the add-on drivers provide the ability to automatically slow down the 
processor -- at least I am not aware of any. This is the most critical power 
saving feature.  Without it, your batteries get sucked dry in no time.  Its 
so bad that I've set up a full featured win95 application setup as an 
alternate bootup on my laptop to use on the airplane.  If not, I can forget 
anything but useage on short domestic trips.
