Note that removing orphaned items from Add/Remove is not available as a 
"Tweak" in TweakUi when using either Win2000 or WinXP.  Instead open 
Control Panel Add/Remove and click on the orphaned item.  It will 
respond back that the program appears to have already been removed and 
will offer to remove the orphaned item from the Control Panel add/remove 
list.
