      Well it seems that a new entity has enter as many messages in this
conference as his offline mail reader could hold.

As for Home Schoolers in Florida, since when did he get the smarts
to be able to interpret to *others* what the laws in Florida, let
alone any other State in the union, were originally enacted for.
No where in any of the Statutes of Florida's Home Education Act does
it spell out that it was originally designed for the mentally
or physically impaired.  Quite the opposite. The law states that it will
*PROVIDE* special classes for those who are impaired.
Since the messages originated in Arizona I can't speak for Arizona or
it's laws on Home Education but The mere mention that he knows a part
of the country like the back of his hand yet having left the area in
1962 causes me to question "when was the last time he looked at the back
of his hand let alone knew what home schooling was about?"
Boasting about the great educational background that has led him to
develop the ideas that he was so eloquently able to convey to others by
butting into their conversations with his wit and wisdom from a
Liberal's point of view.  Then bashing them for their concerns
and desires to teach their children under the laws provided by these
United States of America.  He apparently has turned his back on the mere
knowledge that the school systems throughout this country have failed
due to matters such as * TENURE*, teacher burn out, violence in the
classroom, guns-drugs on campus, explosives on campus, pedifile
teachers, gangs, Liberal Teachings of morals, too many students in the
classroom, etc. etc. etc.
Why shouldn't a parent be concerned about what their children
might learn in the PUBLIC School Systems no matter where they are in
this country?  Maybe in his little nook of the woods they don't have the
problems mentioned above, but many others do and Concerned parents are
using the Laws of the land provided to them from Wiser authorities than
Mr. Prior to train up their children not in the ways of the world.
Recently a noted radio spokesperson mentioned that 250 Colleges in this
country were "actively" seeking Home Educated Students.
This person was the noted "Paul Harvey".
