Hello everybody.

I have just made version 3.2.6 available for download at the makenl site.

This version is mostly bugfixes plus the addition of code lost from 3.13
version that allowed points to be listed when the Hub was marked on Hold
but not when Down or Pvt.  This was requested by an R24 sysop, Franz Zimmer
via a translation by Ulrich Schroeter.  I would like to thank them both for
the code snippet and for bringing this to my attention.

This version has also been compiled using OpenWatcom 1.3 which I hope will
resolve some issues with OS/2 and Dos 32 bit versions having strange
crashes. So far, this is the only thing that could be causing the crashes.
