    I just responded with Paul's research about how much performance 
statistics in a public school improve if you remove such students.
    If you doubt that, challenge him.

    Some private schools specialize in problem kids.  Others refuse them 
admission or kick them out.  
    That's why parents can avoid having their kid's schooling compromised.
