Okay, I'll spell it out, it doesn't matter what he intended to do with it,
it was not illegal and it would have been foolish to arrest him for it as
he'd sue their asses off and win.  You have to break a law to get convicted
of a crime.

Same goes for Saddam, that ore was there because of the nuclear reactor,
pure and simple, we knew it had been there for a LONG time and we also knew
he couldn't make a bomb with it.  If you want to make it an issue of what
he could do in 20 years, fine, but just like Capone, it's wrong, no crime.

So why didn't they worry about it in the first gulf war, he had it then
too. And no, we don't have to wait until they have nukes ready to launch,
just until he had the capability to make a bomb.  But then again, we
couldn't stop others from doing the same, so why Saddam when he was so many
years off...
