Gary, you have a way of just stating some things about which you have
absolutely no idea. One that comes to mind immediately is your
"solution" to the communications problems during Katrina. It
seems that police and others were actually trying your methodology (use of
CBs, etc.), and it was woefully lacking.

As I noted, the $24K figure was from 10 years ago. Things have gotten more
expensive in case you haven't noticed.
