I did a recent mtrbd. upgrade and everything went pretty well until I tried
to reboot the system and re-load my bbs. It flat out wouldn't work or was
very slow in trying to get the OK repsonse to the bbs status line. After
playing around with the mtrbd. CMOS serial settings(lots of options) for a
least an hour, I finally booted in a "bare bones" mode; it would work. The
problem was the fossil driver X00, the solution was to use BNU instead. For
years it was always stable for me, now this happened, so pass it along, if
someone decides the modem is screwy. The modem would be real slow and looked
like it froze but recovers then freezes again every time the bbs trys to
initilize.
