It is a Group tracking program, actually you can manage 
multiple Scout Groups with it.  The author is Kevin Coleman,
from New York.  The program had a few bugs left to be 
worked out, but essentially it was a good program.  The 
file date on the file is 07-17-94.  I was using it to keep 
track of my Scout Patrol, but was waiting, patiently, for 
the release of the program free of bugs.
The program will allow you to track badge requirements 
(Challenge badges are handled better than using ScoutSys), 
and a complete growth from Beavers to Venturers.  I even 
set it up to monitor two groups, and had two separate 
databases running.  The software was a nice piece of work, 
so I would like to know if anyone else has any experience 
with the beta testing.  As for you, Scouter Paul, I think 
that, now that you have inquired about the software, we 
might be able to get the author to pursue a finished 
product.
