I've got an off-line reader, but the modem I have doesn't receive downloads
o
it or to another program that I know has in the past accepted downloads. I
need to replace the modem, but we're working on a system upgrade, and want to
do the replacements all at once.
Believe me, I much prefer using an OLR.
As for Jack Weatherford's book, I saw several references to a book by Eric R.
Wolf called "Europe and The People Without History" published by Berkley
Press, in 1982. This might be the book you were referring to.
