        Being in the situation, I think it is terribly wrong for that 
girl to never be told. She will find out someway when she is older. I found 
out at the age of 46. Also, that guy has a right to know that he has a child. 
I'm trying real hard not to be bitter about me nor g my birthfather being 
told about each other. What really hurts is that my mom and dad who raised me 
didn't trust me enough to tell me? Both have passed away so I can't even 
confront them about it. Please try to change your friend's mind about telling 
the girl when she is an adult.
