Are these signals available at any of the IC pins on the board?  That would be 
a simpler point to connect the micro clips.

More information:  Turns out I have a second, unmarked, board in my collection 
that bears a superficial resemblance to the Telemax.  This one is marked 'DMS 
C9e'.  Same set of trim pots, but it's about 1/2 the size.

Rather than clips, this board has a pair of machine-pin sockets on the end of 
the three wires (14M, VID, GR).  VID and GR are connected to pins 6 and 9 
respectively of a 14-pin socket carrying a 74LS10 chip.  The 14M wire goes to 
pin 7 of a 16-pin socket that is not fitted with a chip.

I'm going to take a WAG that these boards provide essentially the same digital 
RGB output that the AE RamWorks RGB piggyback does.
