1) You can get on but you might have to redial..
2) some operators of these low budget operations fill up these 64K links
with as many dial-ins as they can which eventuates to very slow transfers
3) For some modem users who can't detect busy tones this is frustrating..

Nope the modem doesn't have that trouble anymore.. I just put a 2 sec pause
at the end of the dialing thingy... well a suffix of two second pause is
added :)
