I never thought I'd see the day National Review would be near the top of my 
reading list.  Indeed, with some of the articles I've read lately, I may 
actually (gasp) subscribe.
Case in point, article the next, which serves so clearly to illustrate the 
true nature of the so-called "child-welfare" system.  This one's a keeper, 
folks.
