I was going to send it registered but the lady suggested certified
since it was cheaper. I'll be waiting for the informationa and thank you very
much for your help.

I plan to wait a month or so to try again. I don't want him/
them to feel like I'm harrassing them. It would even be nice if he said he
didn't want me in his life. At least I'd know something.
