Nope. Well, sort of. Microsoft got a tad pissed off when '96 pre releases got
out of the internal testing, so they canned the project. It was going to be
an upgrade pack(s).

I'm told the next version will probably be a full release. Not a service pack.

There hasn't been much official from Micro$oft themselves. Most of the
data round here (like mine) is what is heard from Win95 discussion groups
and mailing lists.
