windows, in any flavor, used to make me a lot of money, too... until i
finally got quite sick and tired of repairing the same machines with the
same problems over and over and over and over and etc...

then there was also the educating of folks... in classes and one-on-one
they were great and everything was understood and all tasks handled quite
well... what happened when they left training? i have no idea but it was
like someone turned a stick blender on and placed it in their heads to
puree their brains :? :(

i also never got passed the feeling of "taking candy from a baby"
where the "candy" is the money and they are the
"baby"...
