If the modem doesn't recognise service tones, there are restrictions on dialing out that are more retrictive than if the modem does support service tone recognition. Austel TS 002 seems to lump service tone detection as an "all or nothing" kind of thing - if the modem doesn't detect all service tones, it can't claim service tone detection. --- msgedsq 2.1* Origin: Camelot Swamp MJCNA, Hawthorndene, Sth Australia (3:800/812) SEEN-BY: 50/99 620/243 623/630 624/300 625/100 711/401 409 410 413 430 808 SEEN-BY: 711/809 899 932 934 712/515 713/888 714/906 800/1 2 409 414 415 422 SEEN-BY: 800/427 442 448 449 451 805 806 810 811 812 816 822 841 843 846 858 SEEN-BY: 850/100 @PATH: 800/812 1 711/808 934 |
