Ron, it is just a ZIPped DSK image (DOS order).  Try it in an emulator 
first to make sure the image is uncorrupted.  Any one of the disk 
transfer programs ought to work with it.  I did transfer that image to a 
real disk to ensure it worked, as well as boot it under an emulator.
