Hello Clay...although it's been a long time since I went to summer 
camp (1979), my favorite was always El Rancho Cima. I was actually on 
staff there for a few years and enjoyed the hiking, horse back riding 
and swimming in the river.
Closer to where I grew up there is Camp Strake, in fact I live closer 
to it now than when I was a teen. It also an excellent camp both for 
weekend camping a summer activities.
I am an Eagle Scout with all three palms, I received my God and
Country Award. I also participated in the World Jamboree in Idaho in
1968.
How close are you to completing your requirements for Star?
